Still Six Lives is a campaign dedicated to alerting people to the six lives lost each day in Australia to stillbirth. If you are pregnant – or close to someone who is – there are some simple things you can do to reduce the risk.

Pregnancy is a beautiful, unforgettable, life-changing time in so many Australians’ lives.

And that’s why it’s important that we do everything we can to reduce the risk of stillbirth.

In 2019, the Australian Government’s Department of Health funded this campaign, which is presented by a consortium made up of Red Nose, Sands Australia, Stillbirth Foundation Australia and the Stillbirth Centre of Research Excellence. Our campaign’s mission is a very simple, single minded one – to reduce the number of stillbirths in Australia each year.

We can do that by educating expectant mothers, fathers, partners and those around them about the risks, and how to minimise them.

We provide resources, support and advice to help reduce the risk together.
